Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Irish Poker, including the Irish Poker mobile application and related online services (collectively, the "Service") provided by GridSynx LLC ("GridSynx," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Irish Poker, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. About Irish Poker

Irish Poker is a real-time multiplayer party card game. Players can join rooms, participate in card-based rounds such as Ride the Bus, and play with friends or other invited participants.

No real-money gambling: Irish Poker is an entertainment game. GridSynx does not operate a casino, sportsbook, wagering service, cash-prize game, or real-money gambling service through Irish Poker. The Service does not require or facilitate bets of money or items of value.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Service where you live. Irish Poker is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use the Service only with any consent required by applicable law.

3. Party-Game and Alcohol Disclaimer

Irish Poker can be used as a party game, but GridSynx does not require or encourage alcohol consumption. Any decision to consume alcohol is separate from the Service. Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable age restrictions and alcohol laws and for making safe, responsible decisions.

4. Player Names, Rooms, and Multiplayer Sessions

You are responsible for the player name and other information you provide. Room codes and multiplayer invitations should be shared only with people you intend to invite. Other players in the same room may see your display name and game information required by the rules of the current session.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Irish Poker to:

violate any law or facilitate unlawful gambling, wagering, harassment, threats, or abuse;
interfere with multiplayer sessions, servers, security controls, or other users' access;
attempt to access another person's account, private room, data, or device without authorization;
upload malicious code, automate abusive traffic, cheat through unauthorized software, or exploit vulnerabilities; or
copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Game Rules and Results

Irish Poker may automate or display rules, card order, turns, streaks, scores, and results. Software errors, network delays, device issues, or synchronization problems may affect a game. GridSynx does not guarantee that every session will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

7. Purchases and App Marketplaces

If Irish Poker offers paid features or purchases, prices and purchase terms will be presented before purchase. Transactions made through Apple, Google, or another app marketplace are processed by that marketplace and are also subject to its payment, cancellation, and refund terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on hosting providers, networking services, databases, analytics or diagnostic tools, app marketplaces, and other third-party infrastructure. Availability of Irish Poker may depend on those services. Third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Software License

Subject to these Terms, GridSynx grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Irish Poker for its intended entertainment purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Intellectual Property

Irish Poker, GridSynx, the Service's software, branding, artwork, user interface, and GridSynx-provided content are owned by GridSynx or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

11. Service Changes and Termination

We may add, remove, or change features; perform maintenance; or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or conduct that threatens the Service or other users.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irish Poker is provided "as is" and "as available." GridSynx disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridSynx and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the Service. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute not subject to another mandatory forum under applicable law will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Indiana.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Irish Poker changes or as legal or operational requirements evolve. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date above.
