Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GridSynx LLC ("GridSynx," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Irish Poker, including the Irish Poker mobile application and related online services (collectively, the "Service").

1. What Irish Poker Is

Irish Poker is a real-time multiplayer party card game that lets players join a room, play rounds such as Ride the Bus, view cards and game state, and participate with other players. Irish Poker is provided for entertainment and does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, cash prizes, or gambling services.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on the features you use, we may process the following categories of information:

Player and account information: a player name, display name, email address, account identifier, or similar information you provide if the Service asks you to sign in or identify yourself.
Multiplayer room information: room codes, room membership, player order, host or dealer status, and information needed to connect players to the same game.
Game activity: cards dealt or selected, round progress, streaks, results, scores, game state, and other information needed to operate or restore a multiplayer session.
Device and technical information: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, network information, diagnostics, crash information, security events, and similar technical data used to operate and protect the Service.
Purchase information: if Irish Poker offers paid features, we may receive product identifiers, entitlement status, transaction identifiers, and similar purchase information from the applicable app marketplace. We do not receive your full payment-card number from app-store purchases.
Support and communications: information you provide when you contact GridSynx for support, feedback, or another request.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain multiplayer rooms, synchronize game state, connect players, operate gameplay, secure the Service, troubleshoot problems, respond to support requests, verify purchases or entitlements where applicable, and improve reliability and performance.

4. Information Other Players Can See

Players in the same room may be able to see information necessary for gameplay, such as your player or display name, room participation, turn or dealer status, cards or results that the game rules make visible, and other shared game-state information. Do not use a display name or other information you do not want other players in your room to see.

5. How We Share Information

We may share or disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, including:

With players you join: multiplayer information and game state that must be visible to participants in the same room.
With service providers: companies that provide hosting, databases, networking, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, app-store services, security, or similar infrastructure on our behalf.
For legal or security reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, investigate abuse or fraud, protect users, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and security of GridSynx or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
With your direction or consent: when you ask or authorize us to disclose information.

GridSynx does not sell your personal information for money. We do not use the contents of your private multiplayer sessions to provide real-money gambling or wagering services.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and reliability, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some transient multiplayer information may be retained only for the duration of a session, while account, security, purchase, or diagnostic records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary.

7. Your Choices and Data Requests

You may stop using the Service at any time. Where the app provides account or profile controls, you may use those controls to update information. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with Irish Poker by contacting GridSynx at info@gridsynx.com or through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Account Deletion

If Irish Poker provides account creation, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting info@gridsynx.com. Information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, purchase records, or legitimate recordkeeping.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through Irish Poker. No Internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect your device, credentials, and room codes from unauthorized access.

10. Children's Privacy

Irish Poker is not directed to children under 13, and GridSynx does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Service, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Third-Party Services

Irish Poker may rely on third-party infrastructure and app marketplaces. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies when you interact with their services. GridSynx is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.

12. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information. Submit privacy requests to info@gridsynx.com or through our contact page.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Irish Poker changes or as legal requirements evolve. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
