How do I activate my license?
After purchase, you will receive a license key via email. Open the FireGrid client and enter your key in the activation screen. The client will contact the server to validate and issue your permit.
My license isn't being accepted
Make sure you have an active internet connection โ FireGrid requires server contact to validate licenses. If the issue persists, contact us at info@gridsynx.com with your license key and we'll investigate.
How do I add or remove seats?

Can I use FireGrid on multiple machines?
