1. Definitions
- "Account" — your registered user account
- "Subscription" — a paid plan granting access to paid features
- "User Content" — tasks, notes, schedules, photos, receipts, and household information you submit
- "Third-Party Services" — third-party platforms used in connection with the Services
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Description of the Services
NestFix is a home and property maintenance and household asset tracking app. Features include task tracking, reminders, photo/receipt storage, household member management, and data export. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant GridSynx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process your content solely to provide the Services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Services, use automated tools without permission, or reverse engineer the app.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, government IDs, medical records, passwords, or any illegal/harmful content including CSAM, drug trafficking content, terrorism content, or fraudulent documents.

8. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment and cancellation are managed through the Apple App Store. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of Liability
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.
11. Dispute Resolution
Contact info@gridsynx.com for good-faith resolution before arbitration. Disputes resolved by binding individual arbitration. No class actions. Governing law: Indiana. Venue: Vigo County, Indiana.
