How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings inside the NestFix app and select Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all data. You can also email info@gridsynx.com.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. Reset links expire after 15 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I invite household members?
Open Household settings and tap Invite Member. Share the invite code or link. Members join with permission levels you control.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, passwords are bcrypt-hashed, and photos are stored securely via Cloudinary. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → NestFix and tap Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of the billing period.
